The accommodation is over two storeys, centrally heated and doubled glazed for the cooler months of the year.
The barn is entered via a Manx Stone porch leading into the hall area from which you can enter the lounge, shower room and ground floor bedroom.
The lounge is very comfortable and is featured with an attractive woodburning stove, so is very warm and cosy, even in the colder weather. There is a 42" TV, Sky + and a dvd player for entertainment on those days in.
The shower room is spacious and has a power shower. The bedroom is a good sized twin bedroom.
Upstairs leads you to the kitchen/dining area and the second bedroom.
The open plan kitchen / dining area with vaulted ceiling and structural 'A' Frames has large windows with stunning views across farming fields to the Irish Sea and beyond. The dining area has a large table comfortably seating 6 if you wish to entertain and that includes Gilly and Brian in the cottage next door.
