Tariff & Booking

Tariff for Holiday Accommodation.

Prices per week.

(minimum booking 5 nights - if less than 5 nights required a £50 supplement will be added)

January - February. £525 (£75 per night)

March - April. £560 (£80 per night)

May. £595 (£85 per night)

TT Fortnight. £700 (Minimum booking 14 nights)

June. £595 (£85 per night)

July - August. £630 (£90 per night)

September. £595 (£85 per night)

October - November. £595 (£85 per night)

December. £595 (£85 per night)

Terms and conditions.

1. _{A deposit of £50per week is payable to confirm your booking.}
2. _{On receipt of your deposit the booking will be confirmed via email}
3. _{The balance of the monies are due to be paid six weeks before arrival.}
4. _{On receipt of the balance you will be emailed acknowledgement together with details of key and welcoming arrangements.}
5. _{In the event of you cancelling your holiday the booking fee is forfeited. The owners reserve right to cancel the booking in exdeptional circumstances only e.g. fire, flood, death, illness. Any liability on part of the owners to the client shall be limited to actual amound paid by client for the barn booking and shall not include any consequential loss or damage. (We strongly advise you take out holiday insurance)}
6. _{If there should be any reason for complaint or there is accidental damage this must be reported to the owner so that situation can be resolved immeadiately. (after the holiday is too late)}
7. _{No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained during the holiday to any member of the holiday party. (Again we advise you take out holiday insurance)}
